DVMEP
Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing
It is the company that handles the design of electrical and mechanical systems using BIM, both in civil and industrial contexts.
It ensures intelligent resource management and guides architectural and structural choices with a focus on energy efficiency. The DVMEP approach involves a thorough analysis of environmental conditions and the climatic context to ensure that the designed structures are resilient and adaptable in the long term.
Thermal and lighting comfort, water savings, air quality, and safety are core principles in integrated systems design, contributing to improving user wellbeing and the overall efficiency of buildings of any scale.

SPECIALIST
SERVICES
Electrical and specialist systems
Design and implementation of electrical systems for residential, industrial and specialist applications.
Each project is managed throughout all its phases: from preliminary design and site supervision to post-completion support and maintenance. Our approach combines technical expertise, operational experience and a continual commitment to innovation, with the objective of delivering tailored, reliable and technologically advanced system solutions.
Our work covers residential, commercial and industrial buildings, with particular attention to every aspect of the systems: from electrical distribution to building automation, from photovoltaic systems to control systems, as well as safety, fire detection and the integration of specialist technologies. All of this is carried out with an approach focused on design precision, energy efficiency, and full integration with the architecture and functions of the building.
Mechanical and hydraulic systems
Design and installation of mechanical and plumbing systems for civil, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Our activities encompass the entire design and implementation cycle: from preliminary studies to site supervision, through to post-completion support and maintenance. This approach is founded on established technical know-how and the integrated, coordinated management of the various system components.
The areas of intervention include summer and winter air conditioning systems, mechanical ventilation, air treatment, plumbing and sanitary systems, drainage, and distribution networks. Particular attention is paid to functional reliability, precision in execution, and the correct integration of systems within the architectural project.
Solutions are designed to address the specific requirements of each building, ensuring technical consistency, operational continuity, and ease of management over time.
Energy efficiency
Analysis and development of integrated energy solutions aimed at enhancing the building’s performance in terms of comfort, sustainability, and reduced consumption.
The study begins with a comprehensive assessment of the building-system, with particular attention to architectural characteristics, orientation, envelope, and the actual use of spaces, in order to identify consistent and high-performing system and management strategies.
The scope of work includes energy modelling, assessment of thermal and electrical requirements, dynamic analysis of indoor comfort, selection of efficient technological solutions, and the definition of advanced control systems. The primary objective is to ensure healthy and comfortable environments, minimising waste and promoting the rational use of resources.
All solutions are developed with a long-term perspective, taking into account maintenance, durability, and the potential for integration with renewable sources and intelligent building management systems.
