Armando Casella
An architect, he is the creator and CEO of DVArea and DVA, as well as the President of Imprende. With a vision focused on innovation and growth, he leads the group’s strategic and commercial development. It is dedicated to setting the course, with medium- and long-term scenarios, identifying new market opportunities and growth sectors within the broad landscape of design.
Pietro Bianchi
An architect, he is the President of DVArea. He is crucial for development in real estate, construction supervision, and construction site activities. He combines technical, managerial and relational skills with organisational efficiency.
He is the Vice President of the Brescia Association of Architects and President of its Foundation.
Andrea Solazzi
An architect, he is the President of DVMEP and manages large detailed construction design, which have often taken him away on assignments both in Italy and abroad. He complements his sensitivity to social and environmental aspects through participation in internal committees for the benefit corporation and equal opportunities.
Renato Simoni
An architect, he is the President of ODUElab. With a strong background in project sustainability, combined with a passion for data and information technology, he is the group’s lead for these areas. He is involved in design and construction supervision for projects of particular complexity and size.
Marco Merigo
An architect, he is the CEO of DVS, PM, and head of the design area. A reference point for integrated design, he ensures the successful outcome of projects through coordinated management and a holistic approach to design, ensuring that activities are aligned with business objectives, along with continuous support to the client.
Alessandro Vitale
An Architect, and the CEO of Bimfactory.
In his role as BIM manager, CDE manager, and head of the innovation area, he is a central figure in the development, research, and engineering of projects. He ensures that the group maintains high standards of innovation and quality, contributing to the success of new challenges.

Thanks to its consistent growth, demonstrated by the development of its team and the increase in turnover, DVArea establishes itself as a benchmark for innovation in the construction sector.
