SPECIALIST
SERVICES

Strategic Consultancy for Sustainability

We support companies and designers in integrating environmental and social sustainability into construction processes, with the aim of reducing environmental impact, optimising resource use, and improving ESG performance. We provide consultancy on the application of the Minimum Environmental Criteria (MEC) and the principles of the EU Taxonomy and Do No Significant Harm (DNSH), as well as the development of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC) to analyse and reduce the environmental footprint of projects.

We also provide post-occupancy analysis to monitor the actual performance of buildings and optimise the solutions adopted, ensuring long-term sustainability.

Strategic Consultancy for Wellbeing

We design spaces that place people at the centre, integrating innovative approaches such as evidence-based design, universal design, biophilic and regenerative design, and in-depth analysis of users, the environment, and organisational dynamics.

We ensure accessibility, comfort, and quality of life within built environments by adopting solutions that address the psychophysical needs of occupants, thereby enhancing their wellbeing. Our post-occupancy analyses enable us to collect genuine feedback on user experience, allowing us to further optimise environments based on the data gathered.

Green Building Certifications

We assist companies and professionals in obtaining international certifications (LEED, WELL, BREEAM, and others), demonstrating the sustainability, efficiency, and commitment to the wellbeing of buildings and infrastructure.

Our consultancy services include Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC) analyses, providing solutions that optimise resource use and reduce environmental impact. In addition, we monitor and calculate the carbon footprint and support the selection of certified materials through EPDs, which provide transparent data on the environmental impact of each product and material, enabling more responsible and sustainable choices.

Research and Development

We invest in innovation to develop sustainable products and materials, advanced technological solutions, and digital models for more efficient, resilient, and accessible construction. We combine science and sustainability to shape the future of the sector.
