Founded in 2024, it inherits the legacy of Bimfactory and promotes digital transition beyond BIM. It aims to capitalise on BIM investments by promoting the digital twin as a tool for those whose mission is the continuous enhancement of the built asset throughout its evolution.
It offers solutions that span the entire lifecycle of the asset, ensuring better levels of management and maintenance, redefining the role of ownership from asset manager to a knowledgeable operator capable of maximising the value of the asset.
The digital information generated and managed through BIM methodologies becomes a strategic asset for optimising performance and reducing costs. A key element of this strategy is to ensure the Golden Thread: a documented chain of information that records the history, design, construction and management of a building, ensuring transparency, accountability and safety.
