Inspire UpTown: First Stone Laid

A residential development of approximately 400 housing units in the north-west area of Milan. DVArea is supporting the project from design to construction management.
On Saturday, 28 March, the first stone was laid for Inspire UpTown, a new residential development within the Smart District currently taking shape in the north-west quadrant of Milan, promoted by Near.
The project involves the construction of approximately 400 housing units, distributed across five buildings, and marks a key milestone in the area’s urban transformation, aiming to integrate high-quality living, sustainability, and innovation.
For DVArea, this is a significant milestone: we are involved as overall coordinators and designers during the detailed and construction design phases. We are also overseeing the project during the Construction Management phase, guiding the transition from design to execution.
