DVA changes its company name and registered office

A change that reflects the group’s continuous growth and its outlook towards an international scenario.
As resolved during the Board of Directors meeting held on September 26th 2025, our company has officially changed its registered name from DVA – DVision Architecture SRL to DVArea SBRL.
This change marks an important step in the evolution and consolidation of our corporate identity.
At the same time, the registered office has been updated to Viale Duca d’Aosta 28/30, 25121 Brescia, where our headquarter is located.
This variation concerns only the company name and the registered office: all existing legal and contractual relationships continue without any modification.
We kindly invite suppliers, partners and clients to update their records with the new company name.
Today, DVArea is a Benefit Corporation of integrated design, bringing together 8 companies and a team of over 150 professionals, with consolidated revenues of €13 million, up 8.7% compared to 2023. The group has also published its third Impact Report, which documents the social, environmental, and economic value generated through its activities and relationships with stakeholders.
