DVA receives equality certification

DVA · 20 March 2025

DVA has received the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality.

DVA, a DVArea Group company, has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality — a milestone that represents not only recognition, but a concrete commitment for the future. As a non-profit organisation, we are convinced that the growth of a company also depends on the well-being of its employees, the promotion of talent and a peaceful, inclusive working environment.

This is just the first step on a journey that puts opportunity, collaboration and a truly sustainable development model at the centre.

«Being part of this process first-hand was a meaningful experience: as a professional, I was able to see that our organisation is committed to this journey, and as a woman, I feel even more committed to driving real change.».
