DVA · 24 November 2023

The project has been awarded first prize in the “Building Renovation and/or Restoration” category at the tenth edition of the Sustainability Award, organised by AESS, the Agency for Energy and Sustainable Development.

We are delighted to announce that the LDV74 project has been awarded 1st Prize in the category “Building Renovation and/or Restoration” at the 10th edition of the Sustainability Award organised by AESS, the Agency for Energy and Sustainable Development.

This is a project by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A., in which we played a leading role at every stage, from concept through to site supervision, utilising the BIM methodology. An urban regeneration project forming part of a wider redevelopment plan for Via Leonardo da Vinci in Brescia, strongly supported by the municipal administration, which has led to the transformation of a disused 1970s building into a residential complex designed to meet the needs of contemporary living. State-of-the-art technological solutions have been adopted for the building to achieve NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) classification. In addition, all flats and communal areas are equipped with electrical and mechanical systems capable of flexibly meeting any requirement.

Just over a year after completion of the works, all 18 residential units have been sold, and DVA is overseeing the redevelopment of the west wing of the building to complete the project in its entirety.
