The Lario Stelvio project, developed by Kervis SGR and led by DVArea for integrated design and construction management, has received an Honourable Mention in the \u201cInnovation and Design\u201d category at THE PLAN Real Estate Award 2025..<\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

The recognition was announced during the official award ceremony, which each year highlights outstanding achievements in the international real estate, architecture, and property development sectors<\/strong>, with a strong focus on innovation, design quality, and sustainability. The 2025 edition featured over 60 projects, selected through a rigorous evaluation process that resulted in 32 finalists, from which eight winners and ten Honourable Mentions were chosen.<\/p>\n

The Lario Stelvio project<\/a> stands out for the adaptive reuse of a disused building complex into a hospitality facility, conceived as an opportunity to combine built heritage regeneration, local identity, and economic sustainability. This approach reflects DVArea\u2019s vision of contemporary design as an integrated process capable of managing complexity, constraints, and long-term objectives.<\/p>\n

\u201cLario Stelvio is a successful example of the adaptive reuse of a former school building into a hospitality facility.
