This is a project by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A., in which we played a leading role at every stage, from concept through to site supervision, utilising the BIM methodology. An urban regeneration project forming part of a wider redevelopment plan for Via Leonardo da Vinci in Brescia<\/strong>, strongly supported by the municipal administration, which has led to the transformation of a disused 1970s building into a residential complex designed to meet the needs of contemporary living. State-of-the-art technological solutions have been adopted for the building to achieve NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) classification<\/strong>.
