DVArea’s 2026 Impact Report Presented

Our fourth Impact Report is now online. It offers a clear and transparent overview of our commitment over the past year and the tangible actions undertaken to pursue the common-benefit objectives set out in our Articles of Association.

Our commitment as a benefit company reflects our determination to combine design quality, digital innovation, environmental responsibility and a people-centred approach, contributing to the creation of more efficient, inclusive and sustainable spaces.

Throughout 2025, DVArea dedicated its annual impact programme to health and well-being, understood in a broad sense that encompasses care, prevention, the quality of spaces and attention to people.

This commitment took shape through support for organisations active in medical research and healthcare, such as Komen and Dutùr Kaos; participation in awareness-raising initiatives, including the survey “How do you imagine healthcare spaces?”, promoted during the Race for the Cure Brescia 2025; and internal engagement activities designed to make a tangible contribution to community well-being and strengthen awareness among our people.
