DVArea presents its first consolidated financial statement

Growth, sustainability and innovation are at the heart of the Group’s strategy.
DVArea has presented its first consolidated financial statement, reporting revenues of €13 million and growth of 8.7% compared to the previous year, results that confirm the Group’s solidity and ability to generate value, with EBITDA of €1.74 million.
2024 was a year of expansion and consolidation, marked by the full reacquisition of Bimfactory, the establishment of DVA Milano and TFS, and the launch of new brands Dieci Decibel and Twinfactory.
Alongside its financial performance, DVArea also presented its third Impact Report, which measures the company’s social, environmental and economic impact. Among the most significant initiatives are the creation of the Benefit Committee, membership of the Green Building Council Italia, Gender Equality certification, and the start of the process to achieve B-Corp certification.
