DVArea ranks 11th in the 2025 list of the best Italian architecture firms

DVArea climbs higher in the “2025 Report on the Italian Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry”, curated by Aldo Norsa and published by Guamari.

The “Report 2025 on the Italian Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry” was presented on 11 December 2025 at the Politecnico di Milano. The event was also attended by Manuel Romeo, DVArea Partner and Milan Office Director, who spoke on the panel dedicated to “Architecture and Sustainability”.

Compared to last year, DVArea has risen two places and, with a turnover of €13.27 million (based on 2024 data), has reached 11th place among the top Italian architecture firms.

This is a significant achievement, made possible by the collaboration among the various companies within the integrated design group, the work of a team of over 150 professionals, and the strategic decisions made by the partners over the first ten years of activity. These decisions anticipated market developments and addressed emerging needs: investment in process digitalisation, vertical integration of skills, increased focus on sustainability, and the adoption of an innovation-driven organisational model. These choices have enabled the group to grow steadily, consolidating its presence in the most complex sectors of the AEC industry.
