Inspire Uptown wins the Bim&Digital Award 2023

The project was awarded first place in the “Complex Buildings” category of the Bim&Digital Award 2023.
The “Inspire Uptown” project was awarded first prize in the “Complex Buildings” category at the Bim&Digital Award 2023, organised by Cluster Build in collaboration with Assobim and Saie.
A challenging project of 428 residential units, with an economic value exceeding €100 million and a gross floor area of 28,912 m², developed by EuroMilano in the Cascina Merlata area and fully managed using BIM.
A four-year project involving DVA in the preliminary, developed, and detailed design phases, as well as in construction site supervision and health and safety coordination.
The use of digital models made it possible to coordinate a large team of professionals and to integrate all disciplines — architecture, structural engineering, and building services. Through this innovative approach, DVA will deliver a coordinated project, fully developed in every aspect, effectively reducing unforeseen issues on site.
